Keep bottom on the ground!
Side to side 30 seconds
Point/flex bottom foot 30 seconds
Move roller up few centimetres and find next sore spot and repeat - side to side, point/flex
Often sore spot is on outer or inner side of leg
Avoid achilles tendon and behind knee
4 - 5 minutes each leg
